The PRIDE Team works to develop a proposal and teaming strategy with appropriate groups across the university and beyond. We can assist you in developing teams and strategies for responding to large, team-based opportunities by facilitating the proposal team building and proposal development from kick-off meeting to proposal submission.

Proposal Development

The proposal development process spans many organizations and individuals. We can provide a map to develop a technical narrative that captures attention and stands out from the competition with specific attention to how the management plan is included throughout the proposal.

Collaboration: the act of working jointly. As simple as it sounds, collaboration can be challenging, especially for complex projects. The PRIDE Team can provide tools and knowledge that facilitate information-sharing across boundaries to improve research at ASU. By creating online spaces where all required information can be deposited and documentation and budget prepared asynchronously, the team can prepare a proposal more efficiently and completely. These spaces can include team members internal or external to Arizona State University.
